Noen ganger er et det nok at barnet ser deg, for \u00e5 vite at du er der. Andre ganger er maks st\u00f8tte, som sutt og byssing n\u00f8dvendig for \u00e5 stilne gr\u00e5ten. Pr\u00f8v dere frem og se hvor mye barnet ditt trenger i ulike situasjoner. Da vil barnet etterhvert l\u00e6re at mamma og pappa hjelper meg n\u00e5r ting er vanskelig. Sammen finner dere ut av det!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"trostetrappa-intro\">\n<p>Trinnene g\u00e5r fra 1 til 8. Start med trinn 1 og legg til tr\u00f8st i neste trinn ved behov. Barnet m\u00e5 f\u00e5 litt tid ( 10-15 sekunder) p\u00e5 seg for \u00e5 se om den st\u00f8tten du har gitt er nok.
