Hvem arver<\/h1>\n\n\n

Selv om du skriver et testament, kan du ikke bestemme over alt du eier. Har du livsarvinger, setter arveloven krav til hva du kan testamentere fritt og hva som inng\u00e5r i det som kalles pliktdelsarv. Arv til slektninger f\u00f8lger av arvelovens bestemmelser og denne rekkef\u00f8lgen kaller vi arvetavlen. Om du ikke etterlater deg ektefelle, samboer eller barn, g\u00e5r arven automatisk til dine slektninger.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Slektsarvingene kan deles inn i tre arvegangsklasser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f8rste arvegangsklasse<\/strong> er livsarvingene, det vil si barn, barnebarn, oldebarn etc., etter avd\u00f8de. Hvis avd\u00f8de ikke har etterkommere i rett nedstigende linje som levde p\u00e5 d\u00f8dsfallstidspunktet, g\u00e5r arven til neste arvegangsklasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andre arvegangsklasse <\/strong>er avd\u00f8des foreldre og deres livsarvinger, det vil si s\u00f8sken, nieser\/nev\u00f8er etc. Slekt i andre arvegangsklasse arver bare hvis avd\u00f8de ikke etterlot seg barn, barnebarn eller annen slekt i nedstigende linje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tredje arvegangsklasse<\/strong> er besteforeldre og deres livsarvinger, alts\u00e5 onkler\/tanter og fettere\/kusiner. Arven g\u00e5r ikke til fetteres og kusiners barn. Arven g\u00e5r heller ikke videre til besteforeldrenes foreldre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
