Det er fint \u00e5 sv\u00f8pe barnet hvis det er mett og skal sove, men har litt problemer med \u00e5 roe seg. Bruk et lett teppe og legg barnet p\u00e5 ryggen n\u00e5r det skal sove. Hendene til barnet skal sv\u00f8pes inntil kroppen, beina b\u00f8r f\u00e5 bevege seg fritt. Sv\u00f8ping er bra for barn under 3-4 m\u00e5neder.
