Foreldresupport er en del av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stinesofiesstiftelse.no\/tjenester\/stine-sofie-foreldrepakke\/\">Stine Sofie Foreldrepakke<\/a> og driftes av Mental Helse Hjelpetelefonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foreldresupport gir r\u00e5d og veiledning basert p\u00e5 Stine Sofie Foreldrepakke og de <a href=\"https:\/\/10smartetips.no\/\">10 smarte tipsene<\/a> som brukes i foreldreveiledningen. Dette er kvalitetssikret informasjon som er utarbeidet i samarbeid med foreldre, fagpersoner, og helsepersonell. Innholdet i Stine Sofie Foreldrepakke f\u00f8lger nasjonale retningslinjer for svangerskap, barsel og helsestasjon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mentalhelse.no\/fa-hjelp\/foreldresupport\/\">Foreldresupport<\/a> er en gratis og anonym telefon- og chattetjeneste for omsorgspersoner med barn under 18 \u00e5r.
